BREWING COFFEE

It's not like making cereal,
there really is a method to great
coffee brewing.

FRESH WATER!
Brewed coffee is 98% water so bad tasting water means bad tasting coffee. Use the freshest, coldest water to brew your coffee. For the best flavor we recommend not using distilled water.

MEASURE!
After all of these years you still don't think you have it right. Well guess what, you do. If it taste good then it's good, if it taste bad then its bad.

If you're still not sure then here is some guidelines.

1 Tablespoon of ground coffee per 5 oz. Cup of water.
Adjust the strength of your brew using more or less coffee.

FLAVOR ALERT!
Opened coffee should be stored in an airtight container, preferably in a cool, dark place. These conditions keep the coffee fresh. Some of this seems so logical but I am compelled to offer more assistance.

Ice cream with no lid on it in the freezer tastes terrible; well so does coffee left in the refrigerator. Since coffee absorbs flavors and aromas from other food products, NEVER store opened coffee in a refrigerator.

Happy Brewing!
