Only the finest, high-grown Arabica can be used in making dark roast coffee. This is because beans grown in elevated locations are harder and denser, making them the only beans to withstand the heat of the roasting process. For this particular blend, we used coffees from South and Central Americas which are known for their amazing flavor profile, and coffee from Sumatra which is popular for its thick body and earthy appeal. With the help of exceptional roasting techniques, the outstanding characteristics of these coffees were drawn out and fused together in one intense, unforgettable blend.
