This coffee comes from the Santa Barbara Estate which is southwest of the Antioquia department in Colombia. The estate sits on ideal volcanic soil, the right altitude, and under perfect climate. Paired with their exceptional growing practices and a focus on quality rather than quantity, it is not wonder the estate produces one of the best of Colombian coffees and consistently at that.
