Introducing, the Ethiopian Sidamo --a fully-washed Ethiopian coffee that is treasured for its wonderful complexity. With a citrus-y aroma, syrupy body, and spicy notes, this heirloom varietal can single-handedly carry the flag for great African coffees. Grown at the elevation of between 5000 to 6000 ft, it is dense bean that takes high heat well, making it perfect for Italian and Vienna roasts.
Smaller farms in the region produce their own Ethiopian Sidamo but the very best of these crops end up with Guji who then processes them under strict guidelines to ensure export quality.
